Membership & Entry

  1. Membership at Babuland allows unlimited entry for the registered child and one guardian at all Babuland branches.
  2. The membership is non-transferable and valid for the specified period as per the purchased plan.
  3. A valid membership card or proof of membership is required for entry.
  4. Non-members can access Babuland by purchasing a single-entry ticket.

Code of Conduct

  1. Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times.
  2. Visitors must follow all safety guidelines provided by Babuland staff.
  3. Running, rough play, and aggressive behavior are strictly prohibited.
  4. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside Babuland premises.
  5. Babuland reserves the right to deny entry or remove any visitor who does not adhere to these rules.

Safety & Liability

  1. Babuland ensures a safe and clean environment for children to play. However, parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s safety.
  2. Babuland is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
  3. Visitors must comply with all safety protocols, including hygiene and health guidelines.

Discounts & Offers

  1. Members receive a 10% discount on all food items, except bottled drinks.
  2. Additional discounts may apply to birthday party packages and special events.
  3. Babuland reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw any discounts or offers without prior notice.

Events & Activity Classes

  1. Members can attend all Babuland activity classes and events free of charge.
  2. Prior registration may be required for some classes or events due to limited capacity.
  3. Babuland reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events without prior notice.

Booking & Cancellations

  1. Birthday parties and event bookings require prior reservations.
  2. A deposit may be required for event bookings, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  3. Babuland reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Privacy & Data Protection

  1. Babuland collects and stores visitor data in compliance with privacy laws.
  2. Personal data provided by members and customers is used only for service improvement and promotional purposes, with consent.
  3. We do not share personal data with third parties without prior consent.

Amendments & Modifications

  1. Babuland reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  2. Continued use of Babuland’s services after any updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
